Miniature Jersey x zebu cattle in Henagar, Alabama For Sale

We have three heifer calves and several bull calves that are a cross of miniature jersey and miniature zebu. These are excellent for small and/or beginning farmers. This cross is hardy, heat tolerant, disease and parasite resistant. They are more affordable than purebred mini jersey and because they produce less milk, there is less waste and reduced possibility of milk fever and mastitis. We are expecting several more calves this spring and summer. The heifers are $xxxx each and bull calves are $750 each. A 25% deposit will hold until weaning, or we can start them on a bottle if wanted.
We also have a lowline bull with a group of zebu cows for a beefier type small cow. We have one lowline cross bull calf. He is priced at $xxxx and would be an excellent mate for the heifers above if you wanted to raise you own small beef as well as have a little milker at home.
